GETAWAY HOUSE: Navasota TX | 06.10.24
Daddy was off for a couple days so we decided to go “glamping” at the GETAWAY house in Navasota. I wanted to make a campfire and make smores! I played with tons of rocks and rolly pollies!! Our cabin looked like it was in the “forest” because it had so many trees surrounding it. Mommy cooked chicken, salmon, and corn over the fire for dinner and made pancakes and sausages for breakfast! The mosquitos were a plenty but I bathed in bug spray so we can play outdoors! We also stopped by Bee Weaver Honey Farm to buy yummy local honey and WildFlyer Mead Co for some mommy and daddy drinks. We had so much fun!
Welcome to our cabin for the weekend! It had “bunk beds!!”
Day 1:
✅ rock collecting
✅ stick collecting
✅ campfire
✅ fajita chicken + corn + tumeric rice + salad
✅ S’MOREs making
✅ shaddow puppets
So many rocks outside our cabin I could play with!!
Mommy cooking dinner over the fire while I helped!
YAY!!! SMORES TIME!!!! So yummy!!
…almost time for bed! We played shadow puppets!
Day 2:
✅ smiley pancake, blueberries, sausages, smoothie for breakfast
✅ rolly polly collecting
✅ Bee Weaver Honey farm’s texas pecan coffee infused honey
✅ WildFlyer Mead Co for flight drinks + eats
✅ salmon and yellow rice for dinner followed by more S’MORES!
Had breakfast outside while I heard the birds chirping!
Made it to Bee Weaver Honey Farm to snatch some honey and to pick some blackberries! No tours for today, maybe next visit!
Day 3:
✅ constellation drawing morning work
✅ chocolate pancakes + sausages + cheesy eggs
✅ collected more rocks and rolly pollies
