Daddy took some days off and Mommy planned a quick getaway at Fredericksburg before Spring break ended!! We stopped by Jester King Brewery in Dripping Springs on our way to our Air BnB to get my wiggles out. The brewery was vast and I got to run around and got to feed the goats before we left!! We spent a couple of days enjoying Fredericksburg as always. It was a relaxing family time. On our way home, we stopped by Dripping Springs again. This time to go to Pedernales Falls State Park so I can collect shells and rocks and run around in the “craters!” and put my foot in the cool teal colored water. Such a cool place! Although windy, it was great weather overall and I loved being outdoors. I’m so glad Mommy found a last minute place for us to stay in Fredericksburg and that she was feeling better. There was a fire pit, bocce ball (aka giant sand box), pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, and a hammock! We stayed at ParcBlu and it was so peaceful. We had a great time! I love holidays with mommy and daddy!

Got to our Air BnB around sunset. We spent some time around the fire making smores, enjoying the breeze, and looking at the stars. After dessert, we hit up the hot tub by our tiny home!

Our full day consist of playing outdoors in the sand pit, relaxing in the hammock, and playing pickle ball before we changed and checked out some places around town.

After our relaxing and fun morning, we headed to Signor Vineyards/ Joanna’s market to take some photos. Then we stopped by one of our fave places, das Peachhaus for some peach cobbler ala mode and for me to run around. That place is so peaceful!

After a fun afternoon, we hit up the pool. Water was cooooold! We had fun wading and dipping our legs in though! Then we played more pickle ball! Then the hot tub again of course!

The morning before we checked out from our Air BnB, I made a little butterfly craft while eating breakfast in the patio …while mommy packed up. Check out my butterfly wings I made! it’s so pretty when the sun shines/hits it!! I also made a paper towel roll unicorn! After packing up and breakfast, we hung out in the communal area so I can play some more in the giant sand box. I didn’t want to leave!

Mommy and Daddy finally convinced me to leave. We headed back to Dripping Springs to go to Pedernales Falls State Park. I’ve never been there before so I was excited! The sun was out and beaming but it was breezy so I had a great time! I ran around, dipped my foot in the cold water which felt so refreshing, and collected shells and rocks as always!

On our way home, we pit stopped at Blacks BBQ for some yummy food (not much photos cause we were starving!) + stopped by Rhea’s icecream to top off our spring break before driving back home. Tomorrow is another adventure…closer to home at Surfside beach! yay!
